Who's Really Running the Country?

I have listened to this man on several occassion now, live updates, press briefings, and I would like to know who "they" are.  I mean really!  Have you picked up on this?  I have been listening to presidents for a good portion of my life and I have never, ever heard a president talk this way.

I know with all the creations of the new pronouns that we are supposed to adhere to these days, includes "they".  So should I take from Joe's comments that he is choosing the pronoun to identify himself?

Or, should I look at the word as what it is supposed to be referring to more than one.  That means "others", "they" are calling the shots for this man.  He is so out of it that he actually seems to be reading directions from "they" as if he is to communicate that to America.  He reads cards, has a coloring book, picture cards and still can't seem to get it right.  He, "they" lose the battle with the teleprompter pretty regularly.  He's not well, and you have a group of "theys' directing the man.  We didn't vote for "they".  We voted for a man.  This man isn't OK.
